Plan and billing

Tafsee Logistics has three plans, Starter, Growth and Business, priced in Saudi riyals (SAR), monthly or yearly. There is no free plan: every new organisation starts with a 14-day free trial with everything in Growth, and no card is needed. Exact prices and limits are always on the pricing page.

During the trial

• Owners and admins see a bar at the top of the app with the days left in the trial and a Choose a plan button.
• On the last day the bar says the trial ends today.
• Everything in Growth works during the trial, including route optimisation, report exports and a tracking page without Tafsee branding.

Choose a plan

1. Open Settings and choose Plan & Billing (owners and admins only), or press Choose a plan in the bar.
2. Current plan shows your plan or trial and its dates. What you use shows this month's deliveries and your drivers, vehicles and zones.
3. Under Plans, choose Monthly or Yearly and pick Starter, Growth or Business.
4. Payment is arranged with the Tafsee team: no card is taken in the app. Once the team sets the plan it shows in the app.

If the trial ends without a plan

Tafsee Logistics becomes read-only for your organisation until a plan is chosen:

• Everyone can still open and see everything: lots, shipments, trips, reports. Nothing is deleted.
• New or changed work waits: you cannot record arrivals, plan trips or change records until a plan is chosen.
• The driver app shows Deliveries are paused instead of jobs, and tells drivers that nothing they did is lost.
• Owners see Choose a plan; other members are asked to contact the owner.

When a plan is set, work continues where it stopped.

Things that depend on the plan

• The number of drivers, vehicles, delivery areas, deliveries a month and people who sign in.
• CSV export of reports, route optimisation and a tracking page without Tafsee branding: Growth and above.
• Priority support: Business.

If a feature says Not on your plan, press See plans to find the plan that includes it.
