Accept the boxes and deliver

Your day in the app follows the order of your trip: accept the boxes, drive to each stop, deliver, and finish the trip.

Accept the boxes

1. When the office has loaded your van and started the trip, open Today.
2. Count the boxes against the list on screen.
3. Press Accept (for example Accept 5 boxes).

Something missing or damaged? Call the office before you accept. You cannot finish any stop until you accept the boxes.

At each stop

1. Open the stop from Next stop or from your list. Each stop shows its packages.
2. Use Call or WhatsApp to reach the customer, Navigate to open your phone's maps app or OpenStreetMap, or Copy the address.
3. Press I have arrived. The customer can see you are there.
4. Hand over the packages. You can scan each package with the camera to check it belongs to the stop.
5. Finish the delivery with proof. See Proof of delivery.
6. If you could not deliver, press Could not deliver, choose the reason and save.

Rules and tips

• If a lot has a delivery hold, the app tells you: Do not hand over.
• A stop with no pin says so; call the customer for directions.
• Follow the order of the stops. The office may have optimised it to save kilometres.
• Use the Find a package box to scan or type a package, lot or order and open its stop.
• When all stops are done you see Trip finished and the cash on this trip.

The customer's delivery code is never shown to you. The customer tells it to you, or signs instead.
