Only what is really on the shelves
A lot leaves the stock figures the moment its packages are scanned onto a van, and comes back only when a returned package is checked in by scan. So the numbers on the dashboard and in the stock report are the goods a person would find if they walked the aisles, not a list of everything ever received.
Two ways to look at stock
Group the warehouse by warehouse and rack to see what each place holds, or by customer to see what each owner has waiting with you. Each view shows the count of lots and packages and the total weight and volume. The stock report gives the same numbers for any warehouse, with days in storage in bands and a CSV export on plans that include it.

Stock counts without paper
Open the count for a rack, scan every package you find on it, and Tafsee Logistics shows what should be there but was not scanned (missing) and what was scanned but belongs elsewhere (unexpected). Save the count and the result is kept. It works with a handheld scanner or a phone camera, so counting one rack a day is a quick routine rather than a yearly event.
Ageing goods
Every lot shows how many days it has been in storage. Filter for lots older than a number of days to find goods that customers have not collected or that are still waiting for clearance. Holds older than a set number of days also appear under Needs attention on the dashboard.
> Tafsee Logistics tracks lots and packages for the customers whose goods you store and deliver. It does not keep item-level stock with purchase and sales prices; that is what an inventory or accounting product does.
Warehouse stock management with a stock count app
For warehouse stock management, the stock count works like a stock count app on any phone: scan a rack, save, done. Counting a few racks every day is how cycle count software is normally used, and here it needs no extra tool.
If you are looking for inventory management software in Saudi Arabia for your own products, with item codes and purchase prices, that is a different kind of product: Tafsee Logistics counts the lots and packages you hold and deliver for customers.
Inventory management with barcodes
Inventory management here means knowing which packages are on which rack, for which customer, and for how long. Every package gets a Code 128 barcode at receipt, so the product works as a barcode inventory system and inventory tracking software: scan to count, to move a lot to another rack and to load the van. On a phone whose browser supports it, the camera does the job of a barcode scanner inventory app, and a USB or Bluetooth handheld scanner works too. It is stock management software and stock control software for goods in your care, not a QR code inventory or an item price list.
