The dashboard: today
Eight tiles show arrivals today, lots in stock, packages in stock, open holds, ready for dispatch, out for delivery, delivered today and failed today; each opens the list behind it. Needs attention lists holds older than the days you set, approved lots that have waited too long for dispatch, and failed deliveries waiting for another try. Today's trips shows each trip's progress, and Latest arrivals the newest lots. Filter it all by warehouse.
Five reports for any period
- Arrivals: what came in, by day, method, sender and customer.
- Stock: what is stored, by warehouse, rack, customer and days in storage.
- Holds: holds placed and released, and the average hours on hold by type.
- Dispatch: trips, lots and packages by driver and vehicle.
- Delivery: success rate, failures by reason, and whether deliveries were proved by code or signature.

Numbers you can trust
Each report has a date range and a warehouse filter, and its CSV export holds exactly the numbers on the screen. Because every package is in exactly one state at a time, the stock report, the dashboard and Ready for Dispatch agree with one another. Export is included on the Growth and Business plans.
What to watch
A falling delivery success rate, a growing "customer not available" count or holds that last longer each week are early signs worth acting on. Our article on reducing failed deliveries shows what to do about the most common reasons.
