Drivers
Add a driver with their name, mobile and email. The email is where the driver app invitation goes: when an owner or admin saves a new driver, it is sent at once, and you can copy the joining link or share it on WhatsApp. Each driver shows whether they have Joined, are Invited or are Not invited yet. Record the national ID or iqama (10 digits starting with 1 or 2) and the driving licence expiry date: an expired licence stops new trips for that driver. Give the driver a vehicle, set their status (online, offline or unavailable) and switch off a driver who has left, without losing their history.
Shifts
Add shifts for a day or for several days in a row with a start and end time. When a driver has shifts, trips can only be planned on days they are on shift, so nobody is sent out on a day off.

Vehicles
Record each vehicle's Saudi plate (1 to 4 numbers and 3 letters, in Arabic or English letters), its type (motorcycle, car, van, pickup, truck or refrigerated truck), make, model and year, and its capacity in packages, kilograms and cubic metres. The capacity is what delivery trips check the load against.
Documents with expiry dates
Keep the registration (Istimara), insurance, operating card and periodic inspection (Fahas) of every vehicle with their numbers and expiry dates. Each shows how many days are left or when it expired, and an expired registration (Istimara) or insurance blocks new trips for that vehicle; the operating card and Fahas dates are shown and reminded, not blocking. From the Starter plan, the team's notification address gets an email 30 days before, 7 days before and on the day a document expires.
Driver management software, not a GPS tracker
This is driver management software for licences, shifts and app access. If you need fleet management software in Saudi Arabia with vehicle trackers and fuel cards, that is a separate tool; Tafsee Logistics keeps the documents, capacity and trips.
