How to add Tafsee Popup to Salla: Goes in your theme's advanced customisation, so it runs on every page of the store. Needs the Pro or Special plan and your own domain.

What you need
- Your website added in Tafsee Popup, and its install code. Open Websites and click Show install code.
- Access to the place in Salla where site-wide code goes.
The code looks like this, with your own site key:

- In the Salla dashboard menu, open Store and Channels (المتجر وقنوات البيع), then Store Design (تصميم المتجر).
- On your theme's card, click Customize version (تخصيص النسخة).
- Open the Advanced customization tab (تخصيص متقدم, the </> icon) and choose Customize using JavaScript (تخصيص باستخدام JavaScript).
- Paste the JavaScript version of the code below into Additional JS code (أكواد (JS) إضافية), without the <script> tags.
- Click Save changes (حفظ التغييرات), open your store, then run the install check.
- Back in Tafsee Popup, open Websites and click Check my site.
The same steps are inside the app, next to your install code, on the website's Install and guides tab.
Good to know
- Salla's box takes plain JavaScript, so paste the version of the code without the <script> tags. The app shows it under The same code, without the <script> tags when it recognises a Salla store.
- The rule Adds to cart recognises Salla's add-to-cart buttons, so you can show a campaign when something goes in the cart.
- Salla's dashboard is quoted with its Arabic labels, as Salla shows them.
What you should see
The website shows Code installed. Publish a campaign set to As soon as the page opens and open your site in a private window: the popup appears.
If it does not work
- You cannot find the advanced customisation: it needs Salla's Pro or Special plan and your own domain.
- Nothing happens after saving: check that you pasted the version without the <script> tags.
- Make sure the code is on every page, once.
- Add ?tafsee-debug=1 to a page address of your site. The test panel lists every campaign and what it is waiting for.
- More causes and cures: The install check fails.
