Team and roles

People belong to a Tafsee organisation and have a role in it. Tafsee Popup reads that role to decide what a person may change.

Roles

When you choose an organisation, the app shows your role next to it:

• Owner: full control, including billing.
• Admin: everything except deleting the organisation or handing it over.
• Member: creates, edits and publishes campaigns, and sees and exports leads.
• Viewer: looks at campaigns, results and leads. No edits.

What Popup checks

The app checks five things a person may do:

• View campaigns, analytics and A/B tests.
• Create, design, publish and delete campaigns.
• View and export leads.
• Change and delete leads (this also covers Send again and erasing a person's data).
• Manage sites, integrations and settings.

Billing is separate: only people who may manage billing can change the plan.

What a view-only person sees

• A View only note: Your role can look but not change anything here. Ask an admin for edit access.
• In the editor: You can look around, preview and read the rules. Changes you try here are not saved. Ask an admin for edit access.
• Buttons that change things are greyed out, with the hint Ask an admin to make this change.

Popup access is given per app

Being in an organisation does not always mean access to Popup. A person without it sees the message that Popup access is given separately and is asked to speak to an owner or admin. Only an owner or admin can set up Popup for an organisation for the first time.

Inviting teammates

Inviting a teammate from inside Tafsee Popup is not available at the moment. The Team page is not part of the app in this release. If you need a colleague added to your organisation, contact us.

If it does not work

• You need an invitation to Popup here. Ask an owner or admin.
• You opened a link and the app says the record is in another organisation: use the button to switch to it.
• You cannot change the plan: ask the owner.
