Coupons and discount codes
Give every sign-up the same code, a unique code, or the next code from a list you upload, and set a fallback so no visitor sees an empty coupon.
The Discount code block shows a code that visitors copy in one tap. Game prizes use the same code settings.

What you need
- A campaign open in the editor.
- For unique codes or a list: discount codes that your store accepts. Tafsee Popup shows the code; your store is what gives the discount.
Add a code
- In Design, open the thank-you page of the popup and add the Discount code block, or use the thank-you layout Discount code. See Pages of a popup: main, thank-you and Yes / No.
- Click the code on the popup. Its settings open on the right.
- Under Code for each visitor choose one of three ways.
Same code
Same code: everyone gets the code you type, for example WELCOME10. Create that code in your store first.
Unique code
Unique code: set a Code prefix. Tafsee creates a single-use code for every sign-up, so a leaked code only works once. Your store must accept these codes: add them to your store's discounts, or send there with an integration.
From a list
From a list: Each sign-up gets the next unused code from this list, and no code is given out twice. Create the codes in your store first (for example as single-use discount codes in Salla, Zid or Shopify), then paste or upload them here.
- Paste the codes, one per line, and click Add codes, or click Upload CSV.
- The editor shows how many codes are left.
- Remove unused codes removes the codes nobody has received yet.
Fallback code
Set a Fallback code. Shown if a per-visitor code can't be given out (the list has run out, or the request failed), so no visitor sees an empty coupon.
Where the code goes
- The visitor sees it on the popup with a copy button.
- It is saved on the lead and shown in the lead's page, with where it came from.
- It is in the CSV export, and it is sent to your connected tools (as couponCode in webhooks and as a column in Google Sheets).
- A lead is one person, kept once. The code they were given stays with them when they sign up again through another campaign.
Low stock
Switch on the alert Your discount codes are running out under Settings > Alerts. Fewer than 20 codes left in a list you uploaded for a live campaign.
If it does not work
- No codes found. Paste one code per line, or a CSV with a code column.
- Visitors see the fallback code: the list has run out. Add more codes.
- The store rejects the code: the code does not exist in your store, or it has expired or been used. Create it there.
- A visitor got the same code twice: that is by design. The same person keeps their code.
