Images and uploads
Add a picture from the stock photos, from your own uploads or from a link, set how it fits, and manage the pictures you uploaded.
Pictures come from three places: free stock photos, files you upload, or a link to a picture that is already online.
What you need
- For an upload: a PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF file of up to 1 MB.
- For a link: an address that starts with https:// and points at a JPG, PNG, WebP or SVG.
Add or change a picture
- Click the picture on the popup, or add the Image block.
- Click Choose image (or Replace). The window Choose an image opens.
- On Stock photos, search for a word such as perfume or sale, or pick a category. The photos are free and cleared for commercial use.
- Or open Your uploads and click Choose from computer, or drop a file there.
- Or, under Or use your own image, paste a link and click Use this image.
Settings of a picture
- Alternative text: Describes the image for screen readers. Always fill it in.
- Fit: Fill covers the full width. Fit shows the whole image.
- Height, and the corner radius on the style tab.
- The editor shows the size a picture looks best at for its place.
Your uploads
Pictures you upload appear under Your uploads, newest first, for the whole organisation.
- Rename gives a picture a name you will recognise.
- In use marks a picture that a popup shows.
- Remove: It leaves this list. Popups that already show it keep showing it.
A picture behind the whole popup
That is a background, not an image block. See Background, size and position.
Your logo
Set the logo once in the Brand kit. New campaigns made from templates then carry it.
If it does not work
- Use a PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF image.
- The image is larger than 1 MB. Please use a smaller file.
- That link isn't an image. Check it and try again.
- No photos match. Try another word or paste a link.
- The picture is cropped: change Fit from Fill to Fit.
