ConvertFlow alternative
A ConvertFlow alternative for stores that only need popups
ConvertFlow is a full funnel builder: landing pages, quizzes, forms and popups. Tafsee Popup does the popup part, at a lower price, in Arabic and English.
A ConvertFlow alternative is worth looking at when you are paying for a funnel platform and using only its popups. ConvertFlow calls itself a funnel builder for lead capture and ecommerce. One subscription covers landing pages, product quizzes, multi-step forms, popups, sticky bars and upsells, with personalization and split-testing on the higher plans. That is a lot of product, and it is priced accordingly. Tafsee Popup is narrower on purpose: popups, bars, inline forms and games, from $0. If you need the whole funnel, ConvertFlow is the stronger tool and this page says so. If you need a discount popup and an exit offer on a store that sells in Arabic, read on.

ConvertFlow review in brief: what it does well
ConvertFlow's homepage headline is "Funnel Builder for Lead Capture & Ecommerce". The builders it lists are landing pages, quizzes with branching and scoring, lead capture and multi-step forms, surveys, sticky bars and popups, described as full-screen popups, modals and slide-ups. An AI agent builds and remixes funnels from its template library, which the site puts at more than 400 templates.
Targeting is where it goes further than a popup tool. The site lists targeting by URL, referral source, cart status, geolocation, session and CRM segmentation, and personalized offers based on quiz answers, carts and contact segments. Integrations named include Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Segment, Zapier and Stripe. Its pricing page lists publishing to a Shopify storefront, and the site links to its Shopify App Store listing.
Two things to know from the pricing page. A/B split-testing, conditional logic and identity resolution are listed on the Pro plan, and CRM integrations, Zapier and webhooks start on Prime. We found no mention of spin-to-win games or of Arabic and right-to-left support on the pages we read, so ask their team if you need either.
ConvertFlow pricing compared
At the time of review, ConvertFlow pricing is set per website by monthly funnel views, meaning visitors who see a campaign. Their FAQ gives the example of a site with 100,000 visitors where 30,000 see a popup: you are billed on the 30,000.
- Free: described as "Build for free. Upgrade to launch". The FAQ says you can launch 5 funnel campaigns for free, and that integrating with your other tools requires a paid plan.
- Personal: $29 a month, or $25 a month on annual billing. Up to 10,000 funnel views a month, up to 10 campaigns, newsletter integrations.
- Prime: $99 a month, or $83 on annual billing. Up to 30,000 funnel views, up to 25 campaigns, CRM and SMS integrations, Zapier and webhooks, and "powered by" links removed.
- Pro: $299 a month, or $250 on annual billing. Up to 100,000 funnel views, unlimited campaigns, A/B split-testing, conditional logic and an onboarding session.
- Custom: starts at $999 a month, for up to 1 million funnel views and above, with a managed service.
Each plan includes one website and unlimited user seats, and extra websites are billed separately. The FAQ says that each time an account reaches 100% of its funnel traffic limit, the limit is upgraded automatically. The plan comparison lists a rate of $100 per additional 10,000 funnel views; check their page for which plans that applies to.
Tafsee Popup pricing
Tafsee Popup plans are priced by sites, live campaigns and leads stored per month. Visitors and pageviews are not counted, and reaching a limit does not switch your live popups off.
- Free: $0. 1 site, 3 live campaigns, 500 leads a month, with a small Tafsee badge.
- Starter: $9/month, or $84 billed yearly. 1 site, 10 live campaigns, 2,000 leads a month, no badge.
- Growth: $19/month, or $180 billed yearly. 3 sites, 15 live campaigns, 5,000 leads a month, A/B testing.
- Pro: $49/month, or $468 billed yearly. 10 sites, unlimited live campaigns, 25,000 leads a month, HubSpot and Zoho CRM.
- Business: $99/month, or $948 billed yearly. Unlimited sites, campaigns and leads, priority support.
Paid plans come with a 14-day trial. Full details are on the Tafsee Popup pricing page. The honest comparison is not price against price, because the products differ in scope. Ask what you would use. If the answer is landing pages, a product quiz and personalized upsells, ConvertFlow's price buys things Tafsee Popup does not have. If the answer is two or three popups, Tafsee's $9 or $19 plan covers it.
The ConvertFlow figures above were read on their own public pages on 13 October 2026. Prices and limits change, so confirm them on their site before you decide. If something here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
Where Tafsee Popup differs from ConvertFlow
Scope
ConvertFlow builds funnels: a landing page that leads to a quiz that leads to a personalized offer. Tafsee Popup builds campaigns that sit on your existing pages: lightbox, floating bar, slide-in, fullscreen, welcome mat, inline form, sidebar and content locker. It has no landing page builder and no upsell flows.
What grows the bill
ConvertFlow bills on funnel views and raises your limit automatically when you reach it. A popup shown to every visitor during a sale therefore costs more that month. Tafsee Popup does not count views. You pay by sites, live campaigns and leads stored, and you choose when to upgrade. For a store planning White Friday traffic, that makes the cost predictable.
Where features sit
On ConvertFlow's pricing page, A/B split-testing is a Pro feature at $299 a month, and Zapier, webhooks and CRM integrations start on Prime at $99. In Tafsee Popup, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Google Sheets, Slack and Zapier work on the Free plan, A/B testing starts on Growth at $19, and HubSpot and Zoho CRM are on Pro at $49. Our guide on when an A/B test winner is real is worth reading whichever tool you test in.
Games and discount codes
Tafsee Popup includes spin to win, scratch card, pick a gift, mystery box, slot machine and a quick quiz on every plan. Its quiz is short, two to four questions ending in a result and a code. ConvertFlow's quizzes are a fuller product with branching, scoring and product recommendations.
Arabic stores
The Tafsee Popup app works in Arabic and English, layouts mirror for right-to-left, and templates cover Ramadan, Eid and White Friday. There are install guides for Salla and Zid alongside Shopify and WordPress.
When ConvertFlow is the better choice
ConvertFlow is the better choice if you want one platform for the whole funnel. Landing pages, product quizzes that recommend items, multi-step forms, targeted upsells and revenue attribution are all part of it, and none are part of Tafsee Popup. A brand running paid traffic to dedicated landing pages gets real value from that.
It is also stronger on personalization. Targeting by cart status and CRM segment, and changing an offer based on quiz answers, go beyond Tafsee Popup's 39 rules. It connects to Salesforce, Segment and Stripe, which we do not. Its paid plans come with help launching campaigns, and Pro includes an onboarding session. And if you want to publish through a Shopify app, ConvertFlow has one.
How to move from ConvertFlow to Tafsee Popup
There is no automatic importer, so moving from ConvertFlow means rebuilding the campaigns that earn their place. For most stores that is two or three popups, not twenty.
- Create a free Tafsee Popup account and add your site.
- Paste the Tafsee snippet into your site's header, or add it through Google Tag Manager. There is no plugin or store app to install.
- Rebuild your best campaigns from the template library, and set when each one shows.
- Connect where leads should go: Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Google Sheets, Slack, Zapier, Make or a webhook, and HubSpot or Zoho CRM on the Pro plan.
- Export your existing contacts from ConvertFlow before you cancel, then remove its script, plugin or app so visitors never see two popups at once.
Move only the popups and bars. If ConvertFlow also hosts your landing pages or quiz funnels, those need another home before you cancel, since Tafsee Popup does not host pages.
